Petrounov basses and guitars were designed by Bulgarian musician Alexander Petrounov, bringing a player’s experience directly into the instrument.

The signature harp-like body shape is made to complement the instrument’s clear, balanced tone. Basses feature an active three-band EQ and either a master volume with balance control or two separate volume controls. Guitars use passive electronics, dual humbuckers, a five-way selector, volume and tone.

Instruments have been offered in rare and exotic hardwoods, with a range of colors and natural finishes. The designs draw on decades of playing rock, jazz, pop, rhythm & blues, classical and folk music.
